The purpose of this webinar is to create education and awareness of Historical Trauma and its impact on AI/AN populations. Examples of resilience and how we create action for healing from Historical Trauma will be provided from presenters who have expertise in language and cultural healing. Presentations on the Teca Woapiye Wicoti healing day camps for youth, the Leadership Institute at the Santa Fe Indian School, and the Pueblo Convocation will provide participants with examples of work that is currently being done by communities to heal from Historical Trauma and unresolved grief.
