Managing Community Partnerships and Collaboration Part 1 of NC Best Practices

To help Native Connections (NC) grantees reduce suicidal behavior and substance use and support youth as they transition into adulthood, the NC Approach curriculum was created and aligned with SAMHSA’s Strategic Prevention Framework. A special 4-Part Webinar Series will feature The Native Connections’ best practices and tools to support successful program outcomes. This webinar will explore how building relationships with diverse community partners helps NC programs reach more youth and access more resources to deliver dynamic prevention programming. This webinar explores a field-tested tool to help programs manage the collection, tracking, and analysis of existing community systems and services that impact youth and families. The Community Systems Analysis (CSA) helps you stay in touch with partners, their services, events, and activities, and track and plan collaborative events that enhance programming.
